NEW
- Show more like this / Show less like this now works on iPhone and iPad.
- Chinese language support, available in Settings (中文支持,可在“设置”中启用)
- macOS: a column can read as any account you're signed in to. Put your main Following beside another account's, side by side, and each column loads, scrolls and refreshes on its own.
- macOS: pick the account and the feed in one go — a column's header menu now lists every account's feeds, grouped under the account they belong to.
- macOS: a column reading as another account says so in its header, with that account's avatar and handle.
- macOS: liking, reposting and replying from a column all happen as that column's account, not as whoever you're switched to.
- The composer shows which account a post is going out as. It sits on the "Replying to" line for a reply, and appears on any composer that isn't posting as your active account.
- macOS: an account switcher next to Settings in the sidebar. Long-press and right-click on Settings still work; the icon just makes it findable.
- macOS: the Publications feed works per column too, so you can read one account's subscriptions while signed in as another.
FIXED
- Paste a screenshot straight into the composer. iPhone and iPad offered no Paste command at all when the clipboard held only an image, which read as text and images having separate clipboards. Copying a picture along with its link still pastes the text when that's what you meant.
- Typing an @mention after an emoji cut characters off the handle and dropped the finished mention in the wrong place.
- The composer's mention list stopped going to the network on every pause in typing — it was making three calls each time, which is what kept the reply composer from letting you finish a mention.
- Sharing from Safari posted the site's bare domain instead of the article. The page title was being read as the link whenever that title ended in the site's own domain name.
- Tapping a hashtag inside a feed preview opened from Explore crashed the app.
- macOS: Go ▸ Top of Timeline and Bottom of Timeline, and ⌘↑ / ⌘↓, did nothing — in every feed and every list.
- macOS: joining a group chat from an invite link did nothing while the conversation was open in a column.
- The composer's mention and hashtag suggestions stay above the toolbar while you type. A reply card, a quoted post or an attached image used to push them below the fold, so you had to scroll away from your own cursor to see them.
- macOS: replying twice in a row could send the second reply from the wrong account, and to the wrong post. The reply and quote windows were reusing the previous composer instead of building a new one.
- macOS: switching accounts left the timeline under the loading shimmer — eventually showing "This is taking longer than usual" — with the new account's posts already loaded underneath it.
- macOS: a column pinned to another account no longer offers to manage that account's publication subscriptions from the wrong account.
